South East Central Railway - Walk in interview for the post of Contract Teachers (PGT, TGT & PST) 

Conducted for engagement purely on contractual basis for the academic session 2025-26 in South East Central Railway Mixed Higher Secondary School, BMY. The age of the candidates should be between 18-65 years on the date of this notification.

VENUE - Mixed Higher Secondary School, Charoda, South East Central

DATE OF INTERVIEW FOR PGT & PST - 19.02.2025

DATE OF INTERVIEW FOR TGT (including PET) - 20.02.2025

REPORTING TIME OF CANDIDATE AT VENUE FOR REGISTRATION - Between 09.00 AM to 10.00 AM (candidates will not be allowed after 10AM)

Note: In absence of CTET qualified candidate, candidate without CTET qualification may be considered if otherwise eligible as per KVS recruitment rules as per SECR's Estt. Rule No. 200/2024.

Mode of selection:

(a) Mode of selection will be walk-in-interview

NB: The interview may be extended to more than one day depending on number of applicants. No TA/DA/Accommodation will be provided to the candidates attending the interview.

Documents required: Candidates are advised to bring original certificate for verification at the time of interview along with application in the prescribed format & with following documents.

  i. Two passport size photograph,

  ii. Original certificates in proof of:

    (a) Educational qualifications, namely Degree, Post Graduation certificates as per required qualification

    (b) Certificate in proof of Date of Birth

    (c) Experience certificate, if any

Other Terms and Conditions:

(a) All the above vacancies are for English Medium Only (except Sanskrit and Hindi).

(b) The engagement service conditions & pay under Establishment Rule No. 230/2007, 123/09, 66/2010, 52/2012, 219/2013, 139/2014, 37/2016, 121/2018, 129/2018, 138/2019, 127/2022 & 200/2024 and on the basis of National Council for Teacher Education Notification dated 28.06.2018.

(c) Engagement as Contract Teachers will not confer any right for automatic regularization or absorption in Railways.

(d) The engagement is purely on contractual basis. The Railway administration has full right reserved to discontinue contract/engagement at any stage. During the period of contract either party is free to terminate the contract on 14 (fourteen) days prior notice. In case the contract teacher is found physically or mentally invalid or incapacitated the contract can be terminated forthwith.

(e) If any regular teacher is posted against vacant post their engagement can be terminated immediately.

(f) Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application for each post.

(g) As per validity of CTET/TET certificate is concerned it should must be valid on the date of this notification.

(h) In case of any dispute, the English publication of the notification will prevail. (1) With respect to any matter related to engagement of Contract Teacher, the decision of administration will be final.
