PGIMER Chandigarh has invited online applications for direct recruitment to various Group 'A', 'B' and 'C' posts.

Group A | Pay Level-10: ₹56,100–₹1,77,500
Age: 18–30 Years
Qualification: Medical qualification recognized under the Indian Medical Council Act, registration with State Medical Council and special training in Family Planning & Educational Methods. PG degree/diploma in concerned speciality is desirable.
Group B | Pay Level-7: ₹44,900–₹1,42,400
Age: 18–35 Years
Qualification: Master's Degree in Statistics/Mathematics with Statistics/ Operation Research/Physics or Degree in Engineering/Computer Science with one year programming/computer operation experience. OR Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with Statistics/Physics/Statistics with seven years' experience in electronic computer operation including programming.
Group C | Pay Level-5: ₹29,200–₹92,300
Age: 18–30 Years
Qualification: Matriculation/equivalent, Diploma in Pharmacy and registration as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948. Degree in Pharmacy and relevant experience are desirable.
Group C | Pay Level-3: ₹21,700–₹69,100
Age: 18–30 Years
Qualification: Matric with Science, Diploma in Library Science and one year experience of handling books and journals in a reputed library.
Group C | Pay Level-1: ₹18,000–₹56,900
Age: 18–30 Years
Qualification: Matriculation/equivalent, ability to read and write Hindi/ English/Punjabi and knowledge of cleaning and dusting.

SC/ST/OBC candidates can avail reservation, fee concession and age relaxation subject to the prescribed conditions and valid certificates.
PwBD candidates with minimum 40% benchmark disability are eligible for the prescribed fee concession and age relaxation.
OBC candidates must have a valid Central Government OBC-NCL certificate issued between 01.04.2026 and 19.10.2026.

- PwBD: Exempted from application fee
Payment through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking is accepted. UPI payment may be avoided.
- Computer Based Test (CBT)

Group A: CBT – 85 marks + Interview – 15 marks = 100 marks.
Group B & C: CBT – 100 marks. No interview.
CBT will contain objective-type MCQs in English. Each question carries 1 mark and 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Minimum qualifying marks: 40% for General/EWS and 35% for SC/ST/OBC.

- Submit the application form.
- Take a printout/save a copy of the submitted application for future reference.
- Only online applications will be accepted.
- Offline applications will not be accepted.
- Applicants may apply for more than one post if eligible, but separate fees must be paid for each post.
- Keep a valid personal email ID and mobile number active throughout the recruitment process.
- Photograph should be in JPEG format and between 50–80 KB.
