Graduate Apprentices: B.E./B.Tech in the concerned discipline from a recognized University.
Technician Apprentices: Diploma in the respective discipline from a recognized State Board.
Commercial Practice: Diploma in Commercial Practice from a recognized Board.

- Register on the NATS Portal.
- Upload the required Degree/Diploma certificate and valid Government ID.
- Obtain the NATS Enrolment/Apprenticeship Registration Number.
- Login to the UMANG Portal.
- Search for URSC Apprenticeship.
- Select the appropriate position and fill in all required details.
- Upload the required documents and submit the application.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who passed the qualifying examination during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 are eligible.
- Candidates who passed the qualifying examination before 2021 are not eligible.
- Only candidates who completed the qualifying examination as regular candidates are eligible.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship Training are not eligible.
- Candidates having one year or more experience from any institution are not eligible.
- The training period is 12 months.
- Selected candidates must execute an Apprenticeship Training contract.
- Selected candidates must submit a Medical Certificate at the time of joining.
- There is no guarantee of employment in URSC, ISRO or the Department of Space after completion of training.
- Photograph and signature should be uploaded in JPG/JPEG/PNG format with a maximum size of 50 KB each.
- Applications can be submitted only once with a particular email ID.
- Original certificates will be verified at the time of joining.
