Vacancies are substantially in the Western and Southern Zones. Selected candidates are likely to be posted mostly in Southern/ Western zones. The initial period of posting would be for a minimum of 5 years.

🎓 Qualification
1. Generalists:
  • Graduate Degree/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Disciplines may include Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Data Science, etc.
  • Minimum 60% marks in either degree examination.
  • Minimum 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
2. Hindi Officers:
  • Master's Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as compulsory/elective subject or medium at degree level with 60% marks.
  • Master's Degree in English with Hindi as compulsory/elective subject or medium at degree level with 60% marks.
  • Master's Degree in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi medium and English as compulsory/elective subject or medium at degree level with 60% marks.
  • Master's Degree in any subject other than Hindi/English with English medium and Hindi as compulsory/elective subject or medium at degree level with 60% marks.
  • Master's Degree in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects or applicable medium combination at degree level with 60% marks.
  • For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the required percentage is 55%.
The qualification must have been completed on or before 30 June 2026. Working knowledge of computer is mandatory.

Final merit will be prepared using the Main Examination and Interview in the ratio of 75:25.
There is a penalty of one-fourth of the marks assigned to the question for each wrong answer in the Preliminary and Main Objective examinations. No penalty is applicable for unanswered questions.

  3. Select Click here for New Registration.
  4. Enter your name, contact details and email ID.
  5. Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password.
  6. Fill in the application form carefully.
  7. Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration as per specifications.
  8. Preview and verify the complete application.
  9. Complete the registration and proceed to payment.
  10. Submit the application and keep a copy of the completed application form and payment receipt for future reference.

Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted. The handwritten declaration must be written by the candidate in English and should not be in capital letters.
⚠️ General Instructions
  • Candidates can apply for either Generalists or Hindi Officers, but not both.
  • Only one application should be submitted by a candidate.
  • Candidates currently serving as Administrative Officers (Scale-I) in UIIC are not eligible.
  • Applications must be submitted through online mode only.
  • Candidates must keep their registered email ID and mobile number active throughout the recruitment process.
  • No change in category/discipline is permitted after registration.

💵 Salary & Benefits
Pay Scale
₹82,485 – 4,050(14) – ₹1,39,185 – 4,390(4) – ₹1,56,745
Approx. Gross Pay
₹1,10,000/- per month at Metropolitan centres

📚 Probation
Selected candidates will be appointed as Administrative Officer (Scale-I) on probation for one year, subject to medical fitness.
During probation, officers are required to pass the non-life Licentiate Examination conducted by the Insurance Institute of India for confirmation of service.
📜 Guarantee Bond
Selected candidates are required to undertake to serve the Company for a minimum period of 5 years including probation.
In case of resignation before completion of the bond period, liquidated damages may be applicable as specified in the recruitment notification, along with an onboarding and integration cost of ₹35,000/-.
