- Electronics: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Mechanical: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Computer Science: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
Graduation should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course prescribed by the University.
Age Cut-off Date: 16-09-2026
- Serving Central Government civilian employees
- Ex-Servicemen
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
- PwBD vacancies are identified category-wise.
- Persons with not less than 40% relevant disability are eligible for reservation.
- PwBD categories include Blindness/Low Vision, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Locomotor Disability, Autism/Intellectual Disability/Specific Learning Disability/Mental Illness and Multiple Disabilities.
- Backlog PwBD vacancies may be filled through interchange among eligible PwBD categories as specified in the notification.
Women, SC/ST, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of the Application Fee.
For other candidates, ₹500/- of the processing fee will be refunded after appearing in the Written Test/CBT, after deduction of the ₹250/- Application Fee.
Processing fee refund is not applicable if the candidate does not appear in the Written Test/CBT.
Payment is accepted online through the Bharatkosh e-Payment gateway.
Candidates will generally be shortlisted for Interview in a maximum ratio of 1:5 based on Written Test performance, with an aggregate minimum of 10 candidates.
Final Panel Weightage: 50% Written Test + 50% Interview.
Qualifying Criteria:
- Unreserved candidates: 50% in Written Test and 50% in Interview; 60% aggregate.
- PwBD candidates for reserved posts: 40% in Written Test and 40% in Interview; 50% aggregate.

- Enter all required personal and educational details.
- Upload the required photograph, signature and supporting documents.
- Pay the applicable processing/application fee online.
- Submit the application before 16-09-2026 at 11:55 PM.
- Save the Registration Number for future reference.
- Applications will be accepted online only.
- Applicants must ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions before applying.
- Incomplete applications or applications not conforming to the advertisement requirements will not be entertained.
- Candidates must provide a valid and active email ID. Hall tickets/call letters will be sent through email.
- Candidates employed under Government/Semi-Government/ PSU/Autonomous Bodies must produce NOC from the employer when required.
- Original documents supporting qualification, age, category and other details must be produced at Interview.
- No TA will be paid for attending the Written Test/CBT.
- Candidates attending the Interview will be eligible for reimbursement of second-class train fare by the shortest route, subject to the conditions specified in the notification.
