Number of Posts
The number of vacancies will be decided by the Indian Navy based on service requirements. Posts will be distributed among male and female candidates accordingly.

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognized board.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks required.
- Candidates appearing for the 10th Board Exam (2025–26) can also apply.
Age Limit
Age eligibility will be as per the rules mentioned in the official notification for Agniveer (MR) 01/2027 and 02/2027 batches.
Selection Process
The selection process includes the following stages:- Stage I: Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET)
- Stage II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
- Written Examination
- Medical Examination
Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
For Male Candidates
- 1.6 Km Run – 6 Minutes 30 Seconds
- Squats (Uthak Baithak) – 20
- Push-ups – 12
For Female Candidates
- 1.6 Km Run – 8 Minutes
- Squats – 15
- Bent Knee Sit-ups – 10
Training
Selected candidates will undergo training at INS Chilka, Odisha.
