4. Qualification
- Candidates must have passed the Intermediate examination of CA or CMA.
- Eligibility for practical training at NPCIL units and Headquarters will be governed by the terms and conditions prescribed by the respective institute.
- Candidates must provide their final examination marks. Applications without final marks will not be considered.

6. Age Relaxation
The notification specifies an upper age limit of 56 years
for CA/CMA Interns. Refer to the official notification for

7. Category Relaxation & Reservation
- Government of India reservation orders will be followed.
- Vacancies are distributed among UR, SC, ST, OBC and EWS categories as specified in the notification.
- Horizontal reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) is provided as detailed in the official vacancy table.
- Backlog vacancies are included where indicated.

9. Stipend & Training Period

Accommodation Allowance

Training Duration
12 months, extendable by up to another 12 months,
subject to performance and institutional requirements.
Working Hours
8 hours per day, including a one-hour lunch break;
5 days per week.
Paid Leave
1 day per month during training, subject to the
conditions in the notification.
10. Selection Process
- Screening: Based on aggregate marks obtained in the Inter CA / Inter CMA examination.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in a 1:5 ratio based on marks.
- Personal Interview: Selection will be through a personal interview, which may be conducted in virtual mode.
- Medical Examination: Engagement is subject to qualifying the standard medical examination.
- Verification: Police verification and a conduct/character certificate are required.
Completing the internship does not guarantee regular
employment with NPCIL.

- Enter your name, date of birth, category, email address and mobile number.
- Activate your account using the link sent to your email.
- Log in and enter your educational qualifications, examination marks and personal details.
- Upload your scanned photograph and signature in the prescribed JPEG format.
- Review all details carefully before submitting the application.
- Submit the application and save the generated application number.
- Print or save the completed application form for future reference.

hard-copy applications or documents to NPCIL.
13. General Instructions
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
- Read the complete official notification before applying.
- Ensure that all eligibility conditions are satisfied.
- Enter the exact percentage of marks. Do not round off marks; for example, 49.99% must not be entered as 50%.
- Keep a valid and active email address and mobile number.
- Photograph: JPEG format, 10 KB to 50 KB; prescribed dimensions 180 × 240 to 480 × 640 pixels.
- Signature: JPEG format, up to 20 KB; prescribed dimensions 80 × 100 to 160 × 560 pixels.
- Keep your login ID, password and application number safe.
- Once the application is submitted, changes to the submitted information will not be permitted.
- Shortlisted candidates must keep their Aadhaar card and online application form ready for the interview.
- Selection is subject to document verification, medical fitness and the other terms specified in the notification.
