Applicants must fulfil the prescribed sports achievement requirements. Sports certificates must relate to the eligible competition period.

Ex-servicemen relaxation is subject to deduction of military service as prescribed in the notification. Other departmental relaxations are also subject to applicable rules.

Final merit is based on sports achievement marks as prescribed in the notification. Candidates must qualify in the sports trial.

- Sports achievement certificates must be uploaded before applying.
- Keep original educational, sports, caste and other certificates ready.
- Government employees must submit the prescribed NOC.
- Keep an active mobile number and email ID.
- PwD candidates are not eligible as specified in the notification.
- No TA/DA, lodging or boarding allowance will be provided.
- Selected candidates must execute the prescribed three-year service bond of ₹1,00,000.
