🎓 Qualification
Stenographer Grade-II: 12th Class pass or equivalent.
Tax Assistant: Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
MTS: Matriculation or equivalent pass.

How to Apply

- Upload all required educational, sports, caste and other certificates.
- Upload photograph, Aadhaar and other required documents.
- Pay the application fee of ₹200/- through online mode.
- Submit the application before the last date.
- Save/print the submitted application for future reference.

- Prescribed Sports Eligibility Certificate (Form 1 to Form 5, as applicable).
- PwBD Certificate and UDID Card, if applicable.

- Aadhaar Card.
- Recent passport-size photograph.
- Declaration regarding doping/unfair means.
General Instructions
- Only eligible meritorious sportspersons should apply.
- A candidate can apply for more than one post through a single application.
- Only one application should be submitted by a candidate.
- Multiple applications will be summarily rejected.
- All required documents must be uploaded with the application.
- Sports achievement/participation will be considered only up to 10/08/2026.
- Sports certificates must be issued by the competent authorities specified in the notification.
- Central/State Government employees and PSU employees should furnish NOC from their employer.
- Original certificates must be produced when called for.
- Medical fitness will be assessed before formal appointment.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to rejection of candidature.
- The selected candidates will be posted within the Pr. CCIT Pune Region.
- Selected candidates will normally be on probation for 2 years or as prescribed by Government instructions.
Skill Test Requirements
Stenographer Grade-II:
Dictation: 10 minutes at 80 words per minute.
Transcription: 50 w.p.m. in English / 65 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
Tax Assistant:
Data Entry Skill Test: 8000 key depressions per hour.
Dictation: 10 minutes at 80 words per minute.
