Age Limit (As on 01-01-2026)
General Rule
Age limit varies depending on the post. Details are mentioned in Annexure-III.

18–25 Years
Born between 02-01-2001 and 01-01-2008
18–27 Years
Born between 02-01-1999 and 01-01-2008
18–28 Years
Born between 02-01-1998 and 01-01-2008
18–30 Years
Born between 02-01-1996 and 01-01-2008
18–35 Years
Born between 02-01-1991 and 01-01-2008
20–25 Years
Born between 02-01-2001 and 01-01-2006
20–30 Years
Born between 02-01-1996 and 01-01-2006
Reservation & Category Rules
SC / ST Candidates
• Eligible for fee concession,age relaxation,and reservation.
• Must submit valid caste certificate (Annexure-VI).
• Certificate must confirm inclusion in Government of India list.
OBC Candidates
• Must belong to Non-Creamy Layer.
• Certificate required as per Annexure-VII.
• Should not fall under creamy layer as on 04-05-2026.
• Candidature remains provisional until verification.
EWS Candidates
• Must provide Income & Asset Certificate (Annexure-XI).
• Valid for financial year 2026–27.
• Based on income of FY 2025–26.
• Subject to verification by appointing authority.
PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities)
• Eligible for reservation, fee concession, and age relaxation.
• Must have benchmark disability certificate (Annexure-VIII).
• Categories include OH, HH, VH, and Others.
• New categories like Autism, Mental Illness, etc. are included.
Ex-Servicemen (ESM)
• Reservation applicable only for Group ‘C’ posts.
• Must submit certificate (Annexure-IX).
• Includes retired, discharged, or medically released personnel.
• Not applicable to dependents (sons/daughters).
Central Govt Employees (CGCE)
• Must have 3+ years continuous service.
• Eligible for age relaxation (except Group ‘B’ posts).
• Requires certificate (Annexure-X) and NOC at verification stage.
General Reservation Rules
• Reservation benefits applicable only if claimed in application.
• Candidates must produce valid certificates during verification.
• If certificate not produced → treated as Unreserved (UR).
• False claims → candidature cancelled + debarment.
• Crucial date for category eligibility: 04-05-2026.
• Certificates can be verified at any stage of recruitment.
Note: Candidates must ensure they belong to the claimed category and possess valid proof. Failure to produce documents will lead to rejection or conversion to UR category.
