Educational Qualification
- B.Tech in Nanotechnology with minimum CGPA 8 and GATE qualified (EC / EE / IN / PH / MT / XE)
- OR
- M.Tech in Nanotechnology / Nanoelectronics specialization with minimum CGPA 8
- OR
- M.Sc in Nanotechnology / Nanoelectronics specialization with minimum CGPA 8 and GATE qualified (EC / EE / IN / PH / MT / XE)
Required Skills
- Experience in nanomaterials synthesis and characterization
- Good understanding of semiconductor fundamentals
- Experience in device fabrication such as sensors, photodetectors etc.
- Knowledge of 3D printing will be an added advantage
